Quality Hotel Waterfront - Alesund

Great place with excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar/lounge area. The staff once helped me find my lost earring, and another time they provided early breakfast. I can't wait to come back for Easter!

Inconsistent room conditions require improvement!!! High parking fees can strain your budget!!! Several common areas lack sufficient seating !!!

Due to a wedding, the night rest was not kept. But what is understandable at a wedding:)

No discount for the extremely high parking fees, much too small room: pitched roof and wooden pillars in the middle of the room make it even more angled; wall to the bathroom is made of frosted glass and the light comes on via motion detector - so if you go to the toilet at night, the whole room is brightly lit for about 10 minutes

The staff were attentive. Even arranging extra bedding without charge. The location was superb, just a short walk to many attractions, and the dining experience was quite enjoyable. The breakfast, while not the best in Norway, was certainly ample enough to kick off the day!

The noise from the street was a bit bothersome during the night, which could be improved.

The service was friendly with a fast check-in. The breakfast choices were above average and rich with cheese and sausages.

Free parking for motorcycles , Good, but not cheap restaurant

Room had no outside window, but only a window on the corridor to the conference rooms. This corridor had again outside windows If you want privacy, you should leave the curtains closed.

The view from the hotel bar is very nice.

Unfortunately, I faced difficulties . The bathroom lights are controlled by a motion sensor, made for an unsettling night as they kept switching on unexpectedly. I had hoped for a more cute atmosphere, but the noise levels from other guests were bothersome, especially during meals.

The breakfast had a very high-quality selection of mostly organic food. We had a small, self-caused problem during our trip, which was immediately solved and fixed very professionally by the very friendly service of the hotel.

Nothing to complain about, everything was great.

The room was very well furnished and had everything you need. The bathroom had great storage facilities. The restaurant can also be recommended. . The adjoining rooms have a charm of their own. Great are the set up games, for example the shuffleboard

Our room was not ready when we got there (at 17:00) Although the design was beautiful, it was not practical. The room was small and not comfortable.

Room is clean with stylish furnitures. I like it. Staff are polite. Good breakfast. A basket of fruits in the reception lobby is a nice gesture of welcoming. Only five minutes walk to bus station. Would be even nicer if coffee/tea kettle is available in the room.
